| Biz4USA, Inc. will not be responsible for deliveries to locations that have steps and no elevators. UPS will not normally deliver up steps and requires the customers to pick their delivery up on the street. Should any delivery be refused for any reason other than damaged goods then the customer will be responsible for freight both ways. Freight charge for the refused delivery and freight for the return of refused products to our vendor. Also a restocking fee of 20% will apply for all refused products other than damaged goods. |

Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. Note: All floor machines and equipment sales are non-returnable. Sales are final and covered by factory warranties that apply and not by Biz4USA, Inc.
No Returns Allowed for products which include: Food and/or Drink products including but not limited to bottled water, coffee, juices, powdered drinks and condiments, discontinued items, damaged items, special order items, Non-Stocked Items or Close-Out Merchandise.
All returned merchandise must be received in re-sellable condition with no additional markings and/or labeling on the packaging.
In the event of a shipping discrepancy, such as, order entry error, damage, shortage or mispick, please notify Biz4USA, Inc. ( bob@janitorialsupplies.com ) within (4) business days of receipt. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return within 5 days from the date of purchase.
You must have authorization for all returns. For returns not due to our mistakes or due to defects in the manufacturing you will be solely responsible for freight cost both ways plus a restocking fee of 20%.

| Additional Cost will be added to your Credit Card for Orders which include items not shippable by UPS.
*Products beginning with an "* -- " can not be shipped by UPS. Your credit card will be billed seperately for the additional freight charge. In most cases your combined bill for freight will be in the range of $75.00.
You will not be billed extra for other additional freight charges unless approved by you.
If you inadvertently place an order and did not notice the asterisk at the beginning of the product name then please call us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. But once the order has been placed with a freight company then your order can't be cancelled without penalty.

Most orders received before 12:00 Noon will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most UPS orders will be received by you within 1 to 3 business days from a warehouse close to you.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or on Holidays.
All orders under $2,000 will include a shipping & handling charged based on value of the order and will be included on your invoice at checkout. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered within the state of Alabama. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
