Note: All floor machines and equipment sales are non-returnable. Sales are final and covered by factory warranties that apply and not by Biz4USA, Inc.
No Returns Allowed for products which include: Food and/or Drink products including but not limited to bottled water, coffee, juices, powdered drinks and condiments, discontinued items, damaged items, special order items, Non-Stocked Items or Close-Out Merchandise.
All returned merchandise must be received in re-sellable condition with no additional markings and/or labeling on the packaging.
In the event of a shipping discrepancy, such as, order entry error, damage, shortage or mispick, please notify Biz4USA, Inc. ( email@example.com ) within (4) business days of receipt. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return within 5 days from the date of purchase.
You must have authorization for all returns. For returns not due to our mistakes or due to defects in the manufacturing you will be solely responsible for freight cost both ways plus a restocking fee of 20%.
Biz4USA, Inc. will not be responsible for deliveries to locations that have steps and no elevators. UPS will not normally deliver up steps and requires the customers to pick their delivery up on the street. Should any delivery be refused for any reason other than damaged goods then the customer will be responsible for freight both ways. Freight charge for the refused delivery and freight for the return of refused products to our vendor. Also a restocking fee of 20% will apply for all refused products other than damaged goods.
The carrier who delivers merchandise is responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgement that the articles delivered were received in good condition and properly packed.
